Configuration
Description: In this
lab, you configure serial 0 and ethernet 0 interfaces on a router
with specified ip address and subnet mask. Choose R1 in the network
diagram and exit.
Instructions:
1. Enter into privileged mode
2. Enter into global Configuration Mode
3. set ip address of serial 0 as 196.20.32.15 and subnet mask as 255.255.255.5
4. set ip address of ethernet 0 as 195.20.32.10 and subnet mask as 255.255.255.10
R1>enable
R1#configure terminal
R1(config)#interface serial 0
R1(config-if)#ip address 196.20.32.15 255.255.255.5
R1(config-if)#exit
R1(config)#interface ethernet 0
R1(config-if)#ip address 195.20.32.10 255.255.255.10
